G Suite

Login เข้าสู่ Google Admin

สร้าง group

ย้าย user เข้า group

การ ตั้งก่า Auto Bcc

-คลิ๊กเข้า  Apps > G Suite > Gmail > Advanced Settings

-คลิ๊กที่  Routing  เลือก CONFIG

ใส่ชื่อ Routing ที่บรรทัดแรก

1.Messages to affect

เลือก Outbound

2.Envelope filter

เลือก Only affect specific envelope senders  

ใส่ group (จะแสดง group ที่เราสร้างไว้แล้ว)

3.For the above types of messages, do the following

เลือก Also deliver to

ใส่ email ผู้รับ Bcc

คลิ๊ก  Show options

Check Box   Users and Groups

คลิ๊ก  ADD CONFIG

คลิก  SAVE
